Lists a lot of documents, yet can’t open them

Either you update this app to work as it should, or remove it from the app store. This is false advertisement, and those who paid for this app, and found it lacking should be compensated for this foolishness. (There should be a refund) Apple should not let trusting customers, repeatedly returning to the app store, be subjected to this kind of fraud, nor let “A LaBox Solution” make "Apple Inc." loyal customers waste their hard earned money on apps like this. I bought this app to open 3 types of window documents. Two of them are listed, and one is not. It was safe to assume the one will be covered as well, since the listing ends "….with many more." None of them could be opened by this app. On the other hand, I bought a Dat viewer app for $2.99, and it works as advertised. I am running OS X Version 10.10.3
